Epilepsy is a central nervous system (CNS) disorder that makes the brain's activity abnormal. Anyone can develop epilepsy, but it most commonly occurs in young children and older adults. World Health Organisation (WHO) estimates that over 50 million people worldwide suffer with epilepsy, making it one of the most prevalent neurological disorders . The term "amenorrhea" is derived from two Greek words ‘a’ meaning without and “menorrhea” meaning menstruation. Amenorrhea refers to the absence of menstruation or menstrual bleeding in women of reproductive age. Secondary Amenorrhea, the absence of menstruation for more than three months in women who have previously had regular menstrual cycles and it may be a sign of pregnancy, thyroid problems, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), premature ovarian failure, or other hormonal imbalances.
